Please call us on 0796 001211 or email us at info@eyeseeframes.com to inform us and arrange a return/refund within 48 hours of receiving the order after which orders are none returnable or refundable. Eyeseeframes will not be held liable for any damages or issues with the product or products delivered if not contacted within 48 hours upon delivery.

  1. Eyeseeframes will issue a full refund on non-prescription eyewear as long as we are contacted as mentioned above within 48 hours. And we receive the goods purchased in the original packing, without marks and damages, within 4 business days. After which a refund will be processed within 10 days.
  2. For prescription eyewear Eyeseeframes offers a one-time exchange as long as we are contacted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to us within 4 business days in the original packing, without marks, scratches or damages.
  3. Exchanges only done at Eyeseeframes offices.
  4. First return is free thereafter additional charges will apply.
